Details: For this event, we'll be visiting the Hanseatic town of King's Lynn in West Norfolk. We'll be following the heritage trail around the town which takes in historic buildings, the river Great Ouse and beautiful parkland. The walk will start outside the Corn Exchange (built in 1854) on Tuesday Market Place. From here we'll head to the 17th century Custom House and quay. Cobbled streets will then lead us to the ornate Town Hall (Trinity Guildhall, built in 1428) and adjacent King's Lynn Minster. The walk continues with a stroll around the grounds of Greyfriars tower (remains of a fransican monastery) then through the parkland of The Walks to Red Mount Chapel (a 14th century octagonal chapel). We'll then return to our start point at the Tuesday Market Place.

Walks are aimed at beginner and hobbyist photographers, once we arrive at our different points of interest, I'll offer some themes/direction but you'll be free to wander and capture images in your own creative style. I'll be on hand to offer advice and answer any questions you may have. The walk is more geared to learning how to photograph landmarks and architecture than a guided history walk.
